September 2021-KNO MiDAS Demonstration to UK Royal Air Force.

In September KNO and IABG partnered to demonstrate MiDAS and LUNA to the Royal Air Force Air Warfare Centre and Typhoon Operational Evaluation Unit at RAF Coningsby. Mission Display and Analysis System (MiDAS) is able to import data from various data sources such as DIS, HLA, EAG, TDMS, SIMPLE (Link-16) and many more. The data can be imported online or via data recordings.

All data is merged and can be displayed in multiple views and screens. With online data import real time mission monitoring and control including “Real Time Kill Removal”. The views can be rotated, moved and zoomed. Available views are: 3D-View, 2D-View and HUD-View with individual options for the displayed data, map and operational mission control and evaluation of joint combined exercises with simulated and/or real participating systems.

LUNA provides live monitoring and analysis capabilities to investigate the Tactical Data Link performance (Link 11, Link 11 B, Link 16, Link 22) of C2 and nonC2 units participating in TDL networks (Real or SIMPLE-based) and / or in DIS / HLA Simulation Networks.
